A complete, end-to-end cotton spinning line — from raw cotton opening to finished yarn cones

Blowroom

Opening, cleaning, and blending of raw cotton fibres to prepare uniform lap for carding.

Carding

Parallelising fibres, removing short fibres, neps, and impurities to produce clean sliver.

Drawing

Doubling and drafting multiple slivers for improved uniformity and fibre alignment.

Combing

For combed yarn: removes short fibres and remaining impurities for a superior, smoother finish.

Roving

Attenuating the drawn sliver into roving form — a thin, slightly twisted strand ready for spinning.

Ring Frame

Core spinning process: roving is drafted and twisted into yarn. Machines from Lakshmi Machine Works, Coimbatore.

Link Coner

Autoconer AC-5 & AC-X5 from Murata. Yarn winding with USTER Quantum-II clearers for fault-free cones.

Packing

Final quality inspection and packaging — cones packed into cartons/bales for dispatch to clients.
